Joseph Gagne (1926 - 1990) Valeria Claea Bell (1929 - Robert Joseph3 Gagne (Adlor Joseph2, Theothil Joseph1), nicknamed "Buddy", was born 20 October 1926 at Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, the son of Adlor Joseph and Hildegarde Magdelen (Klein) Gagne. His birth is recorded in Milwaukee County birth records. Buddy died 31 August 1990, age 63, of colon cancer, at Columbia hospital at Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. The funeral was held 5 September 1990 at St. Cecilia's church at Thiensville, Ozaukee County, Wisconsin and he is buried in Resurrection cemetery at Mequon, Ozaukee County. His death is recorded in Ozaukee County death records, v 52, no. 143. He married Valeria Claea Bell 31 July 1948 at Imaculate Conception Roman Catholic church, Saukville, Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. Reverend William Gensler presided. Witnesses were Donald Gagne and Leora Bell. The marriage is recorded in the marriage register of the church. Her birth is recorded in Ozaukee County birth records, v 19, no. 479. Valeria attended Immaculate Conception School and Port Washington high school. Buddy served in the U.S. Navy from March 1944 to July 1946. He spent six months at Northwestern University at Evanston, Illinois and then was a radio operator in the Pacific theatreof operations. At the time of his death, Buddy was President-owner of Schmit Ford Murcury, an auto dealership in Thiensville. The Gagnes reside in Thiensville, Wisconsin. The Gagnes had four children:
