William Edward³ Gagne (Adlor Joseph², Theothil Joseph¹) was born 13 January 1938 at Port Washington, Ozaukee County, Wisconsin, the son of Adlor Joseph and Hildegarde Magdelen (Klein) Gagne. See Ozaukee County birth records, v 21, p. 875.

He died 19 January 1938, age 6 days, at St. Nicholas hospital at Sheboygan, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. The funeral was held at St. Mary's Roman Catholic church at 117 East Van Buren Street, Port Washington, and he is buried in St. Mary's cemetery there. See Sheboygan County death records.
