Ozaukee County birth records, v 2, no. 772, registered 28 August 1872, say he was born 11 November 1866. He was baptized 22 October 1865, the day he was born, at St. Mary's Roman Catholic church at Lake Church, Town of Belgium. His baptismal name was Gulielman. His sponsors were Gulielman Klein and Elizabeth Mootz. Both his birthdate and baptism are recorded in the baptism records of the church, p 73. He died 27 May 1925, age 60, of ___________ at _________, _____ County, _____________ and he is buried in St Mary's cemetery at Lake Church. See gravestone inscription. His death is not recorded in Ozaukee County or Sheboygan County death records. He married Mary Pastoret 5 June 1894 at St. Mary's Roman Catholic church, at Lake Church, Town of Belgium Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. Reverend M. Oberlinkels presided.
