She was born 14 May 1955 at Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, the daughter of Louis and Betty (Tesch) Piwoni. Her birth is recorded in Milwaukee County birth records, v ___, p ___.

Dale served four years in the U.S. Coast Guard, from 1972 to 1976.

In 1982, he received a bachelor of arts degree in business from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. He majored in management information systems.

In 1977, Christine received a bachelor of science degree in chemistry from the University of Wisconsin at Parkside, ___________________.

Since 1988, Dale has been employed as a senior accountant for the City of Milwaukee. From 1984 to 1988, he owned and operated Software Specialties. Software Specialties was a microcomputer software development firm.

Since 1989, Christine has been sales manager of Great Lakes Instruments. She began her career as an analytical chemist at Printing Developments, Inc., in 1979. In 1983, she became a sales representative for Vestal Laboratories. In 1984 and 1985, she served as a sales representative for Engelhard Corporation and for Computerland in 1986. She served as sales manager of Lachat Instruments from 1986 to 1989.

The Kleins reside at Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
