Thomas Don⁵ Klein (Thomas John⁴, Joseph Ferdinand³, Nicholas², John Nicholas¹) was born 27 April 1968 at St. Joseph's hospital at 5000 West Chambers Street, Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, the son of Thomas John and Jean Marie (Hennessey) Klein. See Milwaukee County birth records. He was baptized 5 May 1968 at Holy Cross Roman Catholic church at 5424 West Bluemound Road, Milwaukee. His sponsors were William Charles Klein and Donna Gertrude Hennessey Weiler. See the baptism records of the church.

He graduated from New Berlin West high school at New Berlin, Waukesha County, Wisconsin in 1986. In May 1990, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish international affairs. He plans to attend Law school beginning at Fall of 1991.

He is currently employed as an industrial hygiene inspector by Kiscko, Inc. at ________County, Wisconsin.
