She graduated from Port Washington high school in 1969 and, in 1973 she got her Bachelor degree from Unviersity of Wisconsin at Oshkosh. David graduated from Niles Township high school in 1969 and got his Bachelor of Science degree in 1973 from University of Wisconsin at Whitewater. He, then, attended Roosevelt University in Chicago, form 1974 to 1975. In 1975, he went back to University of Wisconsin at Whitewater for one year. In 1973, he worked at Lang Dental Manufacturing Company, Inc. in production for one year. He was a science teacher at Parkview Junior high school in Mukwonago, Wisconsin and head varsity golf, cross country and wrestling coach at Mukwonago high school, from 1974 to 1975. Since 1975, he has been executive vice president, chief operating officer at lang Dental Manufacturing Company, Inc. Joanne was a computer programmer and research statistician at A.C. Nielsen Company from 1973 to 1980. Since 1980, she has been a domestic engineer (homemaker). The Langs reside in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The Langs have three children:
