William Robert³ Bley (William Celestine², Alois Henry¹) was born 22 March 1959 at Port Washington, Ozaukee County, Wisconsin, the son of William Celestine and Esther Florence (Hansen) Bley. See Ozaukee County birth records, v 49, no. 65.

He married Robin Ann Kaja 2 May 1987 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Mary's Roman Catholic church, 117 East Van Buren Street, Port Washington, Ozaukee County. Reverend Rolland T. Glass presided. Witnesses were Paul Steffen and Ann Hansen Keller. The marriage is recorded in the marriage register of the church. See also Ozaukee County marriage records, v 58, no. 69.

She was born 21 April 1961 at Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wiscosin, the daughter of Fabian F_____ and Romaine A_____ (Kochanik) Kaja. Her birth is recorded in Milwaukee County birth records.

Bill and Robin gradauted from Port Washington high school. Bill graduated in 1977 and Robin in 1979.

She, then, went to University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh, Oshkosh, Wsiconsin, and gradauted in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Administration Management and a minor in Economics.

Bill went to Milwaukee Area Technical College and graduated in 1979.

He has been working for Wisconsin Color Press in Milwaukee, as a printer since 1984.

Robin joined Derco Industries Incorporation in Milwaukee, in 1985.

The Bleys reside in Port Washington, Wisconsin.
