Roger Allan³ Bley (William Celestine², Alois Henry¹) was born 8 September 1966 at Port Washington, Ozaukee County, Wisconsin, the son of William Celestine and Esther Florence (Hansen) Bley. See Ozaukee County birth records, v 67, no. 141.

He attended St. Peter of Alcantra grade school in Port Washington and graduated in 1981. He graduated from Port Washington high school on 16 June 1985. Since 1988, he has been attending Milwaukee Area Technical College part time studying tool and DIE (?).

On 22 November 1988, he started working for Russell T. Gilman Inc. in Grafton, Wisconsin. He strated working on milling machines and, now, his job title is a CNC machine operator.

He is not married.

He resides in Port Washington, Wisconsin.
